The Redlands Noon Rotary Club kicked off 2026 with a meaningful presentation from Meg Rickard and Shelley Brassfield of Loma Linda University, who shared insights on the Loma Linda Stronger Together initiative.
Meg, a Development Officer at Loma Linda University, has been involved in fundraising and donor development since 2018. Shelley serves as Development Officer for Corporate Champions for Children and brings over a decade of nonprofit fundraising experience, along with a background in business management.
Together, they provided an overview of how Stronger Together brings individuals, organizations, and community partners together to support children and families through coordinated fundraising and outreach efforts.
Their work highlights the power of collaboration and the importance of building strong networks to create lasting impact. By connecting donors, volunteers, and organizations, initiatives like Stronger Together help expand access to resources and support for those who need it most.
Their presentation was a reminder that meaningful change often happens when communities come together with a shared purpose.
At Redlands Noon Rotary, we value partnerships that strengthen our ability to serve. We are grateful to Meg and Shelley for sharing their work and for the impact they continue to make in our region.
