TODAY

Wine maker at Herrmann York Wine, GARRETT YORK, a Redlands resident. He lives on Cypress Ave at Eureka and instead of grass he has vines.

“We don’t own our own vineyards, so we depend on small-scale farmers, who have become friends, across Southern California. We make wine determined by the unique character of each vineyard and region.”

LAST WEEK

Rotarians enjoyed a personalized tour of the new Museum of Redlands conducted by STEVE STOCKTON, President of the Museum of Redlands. While the interior is not quite finished, it is very obvious that much has been accomplished and fairly easy to visualize what we have to look forward to, very soon. The new museum committee has done a great job moving this project forward for the community of Redlands.

NEXT WEEK

PAUL ARANDA will tell the story of SGT. CRUZ COYAZO of Redlands who was a member of a bomber crew in Europe during WWII who gave their lives fighting for freedom.

PRESIDENT’S COLUMN

We had a fabulous time last week at the Museum of Redlands! Seeing the MOR in its infancy was inspiring for all of us, I think. I felt such a sense of community while touring the grounds. Our Board voted on the spot to purchase a Rotary Club of Redlands dedication stone. Check out our photo at lunch today!
